ODA Management Team

The Executive Directors of the Oromia Development Association (ODA) are responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the implementation of its strategic goals, and overseeing the execution of its programs, including the ODA Boarding School. With a strong focus on operational excellence, the Executive Directors work closely with the Board of Directors and staff to drive initiatives that promote community development and provide quality education.
