Recently launched, (September 2025) It is two year program.The aim of the GPE-STEP program in Ethiopia/Oromia region is to enable children have access to quality education that will help them to continue and thrive in their learning through system strengthening From 2025-27.
STEP focuses on transforming local education systems by enhancing instructional quality, strengthening community engagement, and improving learning continuity. This project aimed at reaching 2860 vulnerable children wit ALP,4800 with ASR and 7560 with comprehensive life skill . It integrates training for teachers, materials support, and system-level capacity building to ensure sustainable education delivery in emergency and recovery settings.
